Hey,
Once again May has been a big music month for me.
I suddenly realized that I really could care less what people think about my Itunes playlist.
Is that something we were/are still actually self conscious about? ( probably just me again..)
I rediscovered some old lovers in my library, as well as some new favorites this month.
In no specific order, they consisted of :
- She Talks to Angels ( Cover): Kree Harrison
- Breathe Again : Jimmy Robbins
- When She Says Baby : Jason Aldean
- Anthem Part Two : Blink 182
- Hard to Love ( Acoustic) : Lee Brice
- Up Up And Away : Kid Cudi
- You Set Me Free : Angie Miller
- Give In To Me: Country Strong Soundtrack
- Girls Just Wanna Have Fun (Cover) : Greg Laswell
- Tangerine Sky: Kottonmouth Kings
- Wake Up: Coheed And Cambria
- I Hope Youre The End Of My Story: Pistol Annies
- Can't You See : Marshall Tucker Band
- The Mango Tree: Gareth Bush
- Shape Of My Heart: Backstreet Boys
- Simple Man : Lynyrd Skynyrd
- Lucky You (Cover): Taylor Edwards
If that wasn't diverse enough for you're liking, I'm sure if you come back in a month and check my next playlist, you'll be satisfied. The thing is, if a song comes on and it brings me back to a beautiful moment in time where I was really, really happy, or really really SOMETHING, I'll listen to it. If I can picture my windows rolled down singing the versus at the top of my lungs after a long day at work, I'll download it.
No judgement here.
What does your playlist look like?
Are you self conscious about your purchases like I was?
Let me know!
Until then,
-K.
